Dear Library Directors:
 
It is my pleasure to invite you to the inaugural Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Research Knowledge Network, which will take place April 22-23, 2004 in Toronto.
 
The Canadian Research Knowledge Network is a program of Canada's universities, recently-incorporated as a not-for-profit organization to continue the work of the Canadian National Site Licensing Project (CNSLP).   The annual general meeting will provide an opportunity for members of CNSLP as well as prospective members of the Research Knowledge Network to review and celebrate accomplishments, explore issues and challenges, participate in decision-making, and provide direction to the new Board of Directors.
 
Attached you will find the meeting agenda and hotel information, as well as a registration form to be submitted by attendees.  Please note that the meeting is open to library directors and staff from CNSLP-participant universities, as well as library directors from member universities of AUCC, CAUL, COPPUL, CREPUQ and OCUL* who wish to become members of the Research Knowledge Network.  While there are no registration fees for the meeting, participants are expected to cover their travel and accommodation costs.  If you have questions or concerns, please contact Bethany Hedley (bhedley@uottawa.ca) or Cindy Smith (cbsmith@uottawa.ca) who will be happy to assist you.
